- Responsible for troubleshooting and managing production deviation systems, including compiling process data, analysing process deviation trends & writing/approving reports on any deviations.
- Identifying process abnormalities using root cause analysis techniques.
- Developed and implemented CAPAs, based on RCA analysis, in collaboration with Quality dept
- Raising & reviewing Change Controls, including long term monitoring of these.
- Driver for continuous process improvement projects (e.g. using RCA and Lean Six Sigma Tools, reduced total cycle time of a wet granulation process by 1 hour/batch, saving €200k/year)
- Collaborated with multi-functional team on the IQ/OQ/PQ of new processing equipment
- Production Team Lead on new product introduction project with accelerated 6-month timeline. This project included BMR review/approval, cleaning validation and process validation aspects.
- In preparation of a HPRA audit, responsible for improving, reviewing and approving 120 technical documents, including SOPs, BMRs, Change Controls, Engineering Memos and Investigations.
- As part of a global investigation, completed exhaustive analysis of 55 BMRs and created a report detailing all findings, which was presented to VPs.
- Innovation Team Leader responsible for organizing MS Excel training for 12 multi-disciplinary employees. Additionally, established company library to encourage on-the-job learning.

- Coordinated daily “scrum” meetings to communicate project targets to management.
