Hello.

My Name is Catherine Galvin

Chemical & Bioprocess Engineer (BEng, MEng)
Lean Sigma Black Belt

Skills.

Driven by Data

A problem-solver by nature, I use extensive data analysis as a platform for solving complex problems and for making critical decisions.

I rely on both new & well-established tools to achieve results.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

I use critical thinking to understand and define the problem. I use problem solving techniques such as 8-Step Problem Solving/A3 Problem Solving, 5-Whys, Fishbone Analysis, DMAIC, and other Lean Sigma tools to solve challenging problems.

Agile & Adaptable

I make critical & timely decisions using deductive logic, what’s available in front of me, and clever assumptions.

I use adaptability, flexibility, and agility to stay ahead of the curve and to hit deadlines.
